Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- 1. Effective to update service task status and achieve daily service target assigned
- 2. Support for technical sales and achieve monthly technical department sales target
- 3. Responsible to ensure machines are tested and completed before Customers come for FAT.
- 4. Work inter-dependently, have Strong problem-solving skills, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1. To carry out all service functions including product testing, machine FAT, installation, commissioning, technical training, PM, Demo, and repairs of Solo product range of machine in-house or on customer’s site.
- 2. To participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams
- 3. To maintain customer relation
- 4. To submit a technical report on time
- 5. Be a team player to achieve goal targets and have good overall interpersonal/ communications skills.
- 6. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- 7. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
- 8. Good in mechanical skills and knowledge of the machine control system

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
