Responsibilities:
1. Effective to update service task status and achieve daily service target assigned
2. Support for technical sales and achieve monthly technical department sales target
3. Responsible to ensure machines are tested and completed before Customers come for FAT.
4. Work inter-dependently, have Strong problem-solving skills, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. To carry out all service functions including product testing, machine FAT, installation, commissioning, technical training, PM, Demo, and repairs of Solo product range of machine in-house or on customer’s site.
2. To participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams
3. To maintain customer relation
4. To submit a technical report on time
5. Be a team player to achieve goal targets and have good overall interpersonal/ communications skills.
6. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
7. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
8. Good in mechanical skills and knowledge of the machine control system
